i'm back

it has been so long since my last update... so many things have happened. i have moved to a new apartment, met new friends, played soccer, been visited by jon (infinite exclamations), and very recently celebrated my hen's night (together with faye's). i'm so happy!!!

big big thanks to everyone who went last friday. i had a really great time. we stuck sticker bindis on our forehead. and we all looked cute because of that. my arms and feet were painted with different patterns- dollar signs, hearts, a sun, a smiley, an arrow sign, a tree and a lot more. we also merrily belly danced like there was no tomorrow. they all gave us brides loads and loads of advice that i know i will be able to use especially the learning to cook part once i take a vow to be with jon forever (cheesy - but i like the sound of it) . i really enjoyed it as it is a lot more personal than going to a bar and watch men dance while stripping (though that is also a different kind of experience hehe). big hooray to portia!!
